Ella Mae Boyer Harbin

Ella Mae Boyer Harbin, Kingsport, TN went to her heavenly home Wednesday, January 14, 2015.

Ella graduated from Sullivan High School and Whitney School of Business. She retired from Holston Defense Corporation after 23 years of service. She was employed at Mills Motor Company from 1946 till 1968. Ella was an accomplished accountant. She was selected in Who's Who in 1962 after reaching a level of recognizable success in her accounting skills from American Motors and Chrysler Corporation. She received numerous awards from Chrysler Corporation for accounting proficiency and a certificate of merit in 1964 for outstanding performance and a lasting contribution to better business management.

Mrs. Harbin was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore Boyer and Mary Larkins Boyer.

Surviving are her husband, Howard Harbin, Kingsport, TN; and son, Mike Harbin.

The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 p.m. Friday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.

Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Todd Jennings officiating.

Burial will follow the service at East Lawn Memorial Park.
