Eloise Harbison Miller
Eloise Harbison Miller, 87, of the Harmony Community, passed away early Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Life Care Center of Gray.
Eloise was born in Dickson County, TN and had lived in Gray, TN for the last 30 years. She worked for many years at B. F. Goodrich in Nashville and worked with her husband as a bookkeeper at McKinnan Bridge. She also lent her bookkeeping skills to Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church. Mrs. Miller was an avid canner and talented seamstress.
She is survived by her husband L. R. "Doc" Miller of the Harmony Community; her sister, Ernestine; her brother and sister-in-law, Wren and Shirley William Miller; her godson, Jack "Buzz" Wagner and his wife, Carolyn; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, 1747 Hwy 93, Fall Branch, TN.
The family will also receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Luff Bowen Funeral Home, 2400 Hwy 13 North, Waverly, TN 37185. Burial will follow at Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly.
Memorials can be made in Mrs. Miller's memory to Life Care Center of Gray, 791 Old Gray Station Road, Gray, TN 37615.
