Emma "Louise" Price

Emma "Louise" Price, 93 of Carmel, Indiana passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018. Louise was born in Hawkins County, TN to the late Nessie and Martha Harrell.

Louise was a long-time member of Calvary Baptist Church in West Lafayette, Indiana. Louise loved to spend hours in her garden, growing a range of different types of flowers, but her favorite were Irises. Whether stringing beans on the back stoop or cooking an impressive meal, Louise loved spending time serving and loving her family.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, February 13 at Flanner and Buchanan in Carmel, Indiana.

Burial will be at 10:00 am Thursday at Oak Hill Memorial Park in Kingsport.

Louise was the widow of James Price. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra A. Mills, and Janet S. (Paul) Chovan; daughter-in-law, Susan Price; grandchildren, Heather Mills, Matthew Mills, Joshua Chovan, Emily (Lane) Polak, Caleb Chovan and Esther Chovan; brother, Fred Harrell; sisters, Scottie and Janie Harrell. She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald W. Price, son-in-law, Bruce Mills, and brothers, Jim, Venoy, Curt and Pete Harrell.
