Eunice Davis

Eunice Davis, 94, Fall Branch, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.  She worked as an administrative assistant for the U.S. Army.  Eunice belonged to the Homemaker’s Club and the Eastern Star. She attended and was active in Fall Branch Baptist Church. She had resided at Crown Cypress in Kingsport, for the past 9 months.  Eunice was a Master Quilter, crafting over 250 quilts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn W. Davis; twin sister, Eula; sister, Mabel; and brother, Earl.

Eunice is survived by her children, Ramona Capetta, and Joanne Foster and husband, John; son, Jerry Davis and wife, Karlyn; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Margie Williams; and loving caretaker, Paula Parsons.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 1:00 pm on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Shawn Cutshall officiating.  Burial will follow in Powell Valley Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
