Blanche Wilson, 62, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 17, 2007, at her home following a lengthy illness. She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and was of the Baptist faith.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Blanche was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Emmett Bradley and Bobby Bradley.
Surviving are her husband, Roy Lowell Wilson, Kingsport; two daughters, Donitta Mullins and husband, Rodney, Kingsport, Lesia Sambito and husband, Randy, Church Hill; six grandchildren, Chris Mullins, Latasha Collins Freeman, Jeffery Collins, Nikki Ball, Krystal Sambito, and Heather Kohn; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Anna Lee Jarrett, Kingsport; two loving sisters-in-law, Nell Benton, Kingsport, Charlotte Begley, Melbourne, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Johnny Gibson officiating. Music will be provided by Chris Mullins.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday at East Lawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Mullins, Randy Sambito, Jeffery Collins, Chris Mullins, Randy Bradley, and Johnny Ball.
