Evelyn Louise Reed, 75, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence D. Reed, Sr., and her mother, Thelma Bellamy.
She is survived by six children, Clarence D. Reed, Jr., Gate City, VA, Guy, Richard, Terry, and Steve Reed, all of Kingsport, and Kathy Reed Ducker, also of Kingsport; two daughters-in-law; one son-in-law; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will follow at 8:00, with Pastor James Hagy officiating.
