Frances J. Dingus

Frances J. Dingus, 64, Blountville, TN, went to rest with the Lord on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. She attended the New Testament Church of Jesus Christ in Mt. Carmel, TN.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Arnold; father, William C. Lane; stepmother, Effie Lane; stepfather, D.B. Long; and stepbrothers, Cecil and Troy.

Frances is survived by her husband, Ralph Dingus; son, Stephen Dingus and wife, Rebecca; 5 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 2 step-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; mother, Faye Long; sister, Phyllis France; stepsisters, Debbie, Brenda, Shirley, Norma and Candy; stepbrother, Johnny; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 7:00pm with Rev. Stephen Dingus and Rev. Lennis France officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday at 10:00 am at East Lawn Memorial Park.
