Frances E. Napier
Frances Napier, 82, Mt. Carmel, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012. She was born in Norton, VA and had lived in the Kingsport area most of her life. Frances lived at the Church Hill Health Care Center for the past two years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Napier; son, Eddie Napier; sister, Phyllis Williamson; and brother, Herbert Griffin.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Judy Cody and husband, Bill of Mt. Carmel, TN; daughter-in-law, Pam Napier, Johnson City, TN; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and brother, Jimmy Griffin of Wise, VA.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, October 20th at 11:00 am at the Tri-Cities Memory Gardens in Blountville, TN with Rev. Chris Cody officiating. Pallbearers will be Chris Myers, Chris Cody, Andy Cody, Tommy Stanley, Mark Hubbard and Randy Edens.
The family would like to send a special thanks to the staff in A Wing and B Wing at Church Hill Health Care Center.
