Frances Osborne

Mary Frances Osborne, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord, Monday, September 23, 2019. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mary was a devoted spouse who loved her husband and the life they made for themselves. She enjoyed gardening and working in her flowers. That showed through by receiving several Keep Kingsport Beautiful Awards. They attended Higher Ground Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Winton Osborne, in January 2019.

Mary is survived by her son, Barry Osborne; daughter, Anna Russell and husband Steven; three grandchildren, Kelia, Makenzie, and Mila; and several cousins whom she considered as her brothers.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2019, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Gary Addington officiating.

Burial will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
