Frank G. Fulton, 95, died on September 25, 2024, at his residence in Kingsport, TN. He was born at home in Plainfield, NJ, the last son of the late James and Helen Fulton. Frank operated his own pizza parlor in Cumberland, MD. Even after he moved on from ownership, he enjoyed sharing his love for making pizzas with his friends and neighbors, especially during the pandemic. Frank retired from Burwil Construction after 18 years of service. He was also known for “pithy” sayings. In his later years, when retired, when asked how he was, he would reply, “I’m old and tired.” In Frank’s retirement years, he made his own wine. He was an elder in the Congregation of Jehovah’s Witness, for over 45 years
In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his first wife, Beatrice, and 3 brothers.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Ruth L. Fulton; 2 stepdaughters, Debbie Smith (Scott) and Dana DeMosi; and one niece, Elsie Asper.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 4:00 EST by zoom only.
