Fred Allen Pauley

Fred Allen Pauley, 53, of Kingsport, went peacefully to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at Johnson City Medical Center. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing and CB Radio.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Stella Pauley; a brother, William Pauley; and a sister, Lillie Bell Clark.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Sandy Tipton Pauley; daughter Torie Ann Pauley; son Chayne Pauley and wife, Angie; granddaughter Addison Pauley; sisters Carolyn Ann Pauley, Wanda W. Andrews, Charlie Pauley, and Gracie Pauley; brothers Ray Pauley and Gary Pauley; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery, with Rev. Phil Kestner officiating.

David Guy, Bobby Davenport, James Nuckles, David Overbay, Justin Marshall, and Bill Nichols will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are the Kingsport Regulars and Holston Habitat for Humanity.
