Fred Sarver, Jr., 50, passed away on November 4, 2013 after a brief and sudden illness. He was the heart of Sarver Construction for over 30 years and has built homes and additions all over East Tennessee and Virginia. Fred was a loving husband, father, and Poppy and an avid UT fan. He was a long time member of the H.M.W.H.D.C.& N.S.E. He will be truly missed by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Kim Sarver, his daughter and son-in-law Denise and Aaron Welch, grandchildren Tristan and Emma Welch, his parents Fred and Katy Sarver, sisters Christy and her husband Joey Cook, Susan Sarver and her daughter Ellie Churchill, father-in-law and step mother, Richard and Nancy Brumfield and mother-in-law, Suzanne Brumfield. Honorary Family: Dana Wolfe, Mickey and Terry Osborne.
Receiving friends will be at First Baptist Church, Kingsport on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 6-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Dr. Marvin Cameron officiating. Please wear your UT orange or Key West shirts to the service in memory of Fred. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
Friends may visit anytime at the home of the wife or his parents.
Pallbearers will be Mickey Osborne, Mark Scott, Mark Bowling, Clifford Chess, Gary Keene, Brian Ellis, Mike Greene and Eric Osborne
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Henderson, James Campbell, John P. Cahill, Rob Woodyard and Chris Wright.
