Gary "Honda" Burleson
Gary "Honda" Burleson, 61, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Wexford House. He was a life-long resident of Kingsport and had retired from the Kingsport Press. Gary was an excellent caregiver for his wife, Candice, and was also a devoted father, grandfather, and brother.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Betty Burleson.
Gary is survived by his wife of 40 years, Candy Burleson; one daughter, Amber Alley and husband, Brandon; one son, Brandon Burleson; three granddaughters, Krislyn, Alyssa, and Alena; one brother, Ricky Burleson and wife, Vickie; one sister, Tammy Ross; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Wexford House and Amedysis Hospice.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Wexford House.
