Gary Wayne Mann, 52, Kingsport, TN died Thursday, May 01, 2008. After a long illness, Gary accepted the Lord as his Savior before he passed away.
He was a graduate of Sullivan West High School and worked in the family business in excavation.
His father, Lester Furrell Mann, brother, Jackie Lester Mann, paternal grandparents, Kate and Frank Mann, maternal grandparents, James and Myrtle Hensley, and aunt, Janice Osborne preceded him in death.
Surviving are the mother of his children, Kimberla Isaac; two daughters, Lola Mann Morelock and Erica Mann Doyle; mother, Gladys Hensley Mann, sister, Deborah Mann Moody; brothers, James Michael Mann and David Allen Mann; several nieces, nephews, and close friends; and his special friend "Leo" the cat.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Sunday at East Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Todd A. Jennings and Rev. Jerry Hensley officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be Lloyd Booker, Mike Bloomer, Tim Riner, Steve Alvis, Kenneth Melton, and Eric Morelock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sullivan County Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 589, Blountville Tennessee 37617.
The family would like to thank Advanta Hospice for all they did for Gary and his family, and special thanks to Barbara Kilgore.
