Gene Autry Overbay, 72, of Kingsport, passed away July 26, 2009 at his home.
Gene will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Overbay; his parents, Oscar and Rosie Overbay; grandson, Christopher Overbay; two brothers, Charles Overbay and T.J. Overbay.
Surviving are his son, Michael Scott Overbay, Kingsport; two grandchildren, Sabrina and Bradly Overbay; sister, Geraldine McGuire, Knoxville; seven nieces and nephews; special friends, Tony Bragg, Tim Nelson, and Laura Millsap.
Graveside Services will be held 11:00am Thursday at Bragg Cemetery in the Lone Star Community with Rev. Tim Nelson officiating.
Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
