Geneva "Jenny" Lambert

Geneva "Jenny" Lambert, 92, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord, resting in the arms of Jesus on Friday, October 19, 2018, following a period of declining health. Born in Ripley, West Virginia on January 10, 1926, a daughter of the late Charles and Ethel Nuckles, she has resided in this area most of her life. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Calvin E. Lambert; and brothers, Boyd Nuckles and Virgil Nuckles.
Jenny is survived by her sons, Eddie Lambert and wife Judy, and Charles Lambert and wife Theresa; two grandchildren, Chris Lambert and Matthew Lambert and wife Hillary; three great-grandchildren, Colin, Carson, and Harper.
The family and friends will gather at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home by 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, and then proceed to the cemetery by 2 p.m. for the graveside service at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Roy Graves and Randle Johnson, Minister, officiating.
Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
