George Washington Snawder Jr
George W. Snawder (Skipper), 64, Maryville, TN, passed away on July 22, 2013 at his home with his family.
Skipper was of the Baptist faith and member of Fall Branch First Baptist Church. He worked for Asplundh Tree Expert for over 30 years. He also worked for Mumpower Sign Supply for 8 years. He loved and restored classic cars and enjoyed attending car shows.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy, and his father, George, Sr.
George is survived by his wife, Brenda; step-daughter, Tara Ross (Bryan); grandchildren, Zachary, Nathan, Nolan and Emma; brother, Larry (Marty); and several nieces and nephews.
He had many special friends: Wade and Evelyn Tipton, Eddie Walker, Mike Brooks, Ronnie and Judy Vanover, Don and Nancy Haas, Leonard and Lois Lane, Donnie and Barbara Sullivan, and the Men's II Sunday School Class.
