Goldie E. "Ellen" Ferguson
Ellen Ferguson, 76, of Kingsport, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at her home. She was a loving mother, who loved everyone and she will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Ferguson; parents, Geneva and James Guy; and son, Gene Ferguson.
Ellen is survived by her daughter, Teresa Ann Ferguson; sons, James Perry "Chuck" Ferguson and Roger Ferguson; several nieces and nephews; special niece and nephews, Sheila, Kenny and David Persinger; and special friends, Jennie Snow, Vickey Pierce, David Edgell, Gloria Stamford, Bob and Donna Light, Dean Slaughter, Katherine and Gerald Gilbert and Johnny "J.R." Peters.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm.
The graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Kendricks Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery.
