Molly Helen Forbes Cross, 72, Blountville, passed away Sunday December 3, 2006.
She was born September 24, 1934, the daughter of Ernest L. and Viola Toby Forbes. She is preceeded in death by her father and one sister, Mary Elizabeth Forbes Barnes.
Helen was a devoted wife to Thomas M. Cross Jr. She dedicated her life to her children, Michael David Cross and wife Pamela of Knoxville, Thomas Miller Cross III and wife Sonya of Knoxville , Robin Elizabeth Cross Siekerman and husband Alan of Douglasville, Georgia, and Beth Moretz Hodges of Blountville. She was Gran Gran too, and most cherished her grandchildren, Bryan Cross and wife Mandy of Knoxville, Duke Moretz, Mackenzie Moretz, J.T. Siekerman, and Allyson Siekerman, and one great grandchild, Cooper Cross.
Honorary pallbearers will be the grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, downtown, from 6:00p.m to 8:00p.m. Tuesday.
Services will be conducted at 8:00p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Al South and Rev. Bryan Moore officiating.
Graveside services will be at 11:00a.m. Wednesday at Gunnings Cemetery.
