Helen Bolton Davis passed away January 11, 2010, at Brookview Nursing Home in Maryland Heights, Missouri. She would have been 95 years of age this year.
Helen was a member of Ketron Memorial United Methodist Church, Kingsport, and had worked for F.W. Woolworth for 25 years before retiring and moving to Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Bolton and her father Robert Bolton; her brother, J. W Bill Bolton; and sister, Emma Blakley. She was also preceded in death by her sister-in-law Tressie Bolton; and a niece, Betty Estepp.
Helen is survived by two daughters: Patricia Patty Browning Charles of Defiance, MO, and Barbara Judd Jack of O'Fallon, MO. Also surviving are six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren all of whom she loved dearly.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m.-7 p.m., Friday, January 15th, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow with Rev. Donna Hester and Rev. Aaron Pierce officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Cox, Keith Cox, Brian Cox, Greg Cox, Tony Carter, Tim Stidham, and James Poe.
