Henrietta McGaha Reece

Henrietta Reece, 74, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center, following a brief illness. She was a life long resident of Kingsport and had retired from the Kingsport Press following 30 years of service. Henrietta attended Pleasant View Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harlan and Sarah McGaha; brother, James H. McGaha; and sister, Mary Jane Page.

Henrietta is survived by her husband, Dale Reece, of Kingsport; son, Jonathan Page and wife, Brittany, of Church Hill; very special grandson, Ethan Page; sister, Lillian Reece and husband, Clyde, of Kingsport; brother, Herbert Randal McGaha and wife, Brenda, of Kingsport; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 18, from 5-7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Wayne Baker, Jonathan Page and Pastor David Foster officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, February 19 at 11:00 a.m. at East Lawn Memorial Park.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
