Henry Edward "Eddie" Harr
Henry "Eddie" Harr, 67, Kingsport, went to rest on Sunday December 28, 2008.
He was a life-long resident of the Tri-Cities area. Mr. Harr served nine years in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Eugene Harr; and daughter-in-law, Melissa Harr.
Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Harr, of the home; sons, Randy Harr and wife, Lisa, Bristol, Tim Harr and wife, Laura, Kingsport, and Scott Harr and daughter, Nichole, Kingsport; seven grandchildren, Shane, David, Nichole, Timothy, Jeremy, Jenna, and Cody; one great-grandson, Camron; mother, Leona Townsend Harr, Blountville; sister, Debbie Smith and husband, Jerry, Charlotte, NC; brother, Sam Harr and wife, Kaye, Bristol; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Services will be at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Lawrence Wolfe officiating.
Pallbearers will be Shane Harr, David Harr, John Tolbert, and Dale Moose Moses.
