Inez Christian Reynolds, 82, of Kingsport, died Thursday night, August 2, 2007, after a brief illness.
Born in Hawkins County, she had resided most of her life in Kingsport. Mrs. Reynolds retired from Holston High School where she taught music for many years. She was a member of Colonial Heights United Methodist Church where she was active in Agapé Circle and Epworth Sunday School Class.
Her husband, George Reynolds; and parents Clarence A. and Myrtle Bradshaw Christian, preceded her in death.
Surviving are a brother and sister-in-law, Darryl and Louise Christian of Surgoinsville; brothers-in-law, J. D. Reynolds and wife, Violet of Greeneville, and Bill Reynolds and wife, Glenna, Greeneville; a sister-in-law, Faye Reynolds, Greeneville; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at East Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Tom Seay officiating.
