Isaac H. Hammonds

Isaac H. Hammonds, 70, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at his home.

Isaac retired from Holston Valley Hospital after many years of service.

He was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Kingsport.

Preceding him in death are his wife, Neida Hammonds; son-in-law, Rev. David Harris; and several brothers, sisters, and extended family.

Surviving are his daughter, Robin R. Harris of Kingsport and many other family members and friends.

The family would like to extend thanks to special friends and neighbors, Odell Hammonds, Bob Neal, and Steve and Alfreda Honaker, for their kind support.

The family will receive friends 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. Monday at Pleasant View Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 7:00p.m. with Pastor Wayne Baker officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Tuesday at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 11:50a.m.
