Iva Louise Pierce-Riggs, 93, of Kingsport.
It is with tremendous sadness that we share the news of Iva Louise Pierce-Riggs passing early Friday morning, July 13, 2018. Iva was born on December 1, 1924 in Kingsport, TN. She lived over 93 full, blessed and wonderful years as an adoring mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, sister, and friend to so many. She is now reunited in heaven with her loving husband, Paul Childress Riggs.
Iva is survived by her two sons, Jon Riggs and Michael Hyder. She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren, Michelle, Trevor and Phillip, along with 4 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, one sister and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Iva will be greatly missed and will be in our hearts always and forever.
A private graveside service was held.
