Ivil Ora Meade, 79, of Coeburn, VA, died at his home. Ivil was born in Coeburn, VA and had resided in Port Clinton, Ohio, for most of his life. He was an employee of Standard Products retiring in 1990 and returned to Coeburn to reside.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Masel Meade.
He is survived by his daughters, Janice Marie Meade, Kingsport, TN, Sherry Jefferson and husband, Greg, Blountville, TN; two grandchildren, Olivia Dawn Mebane and husband, Bryan, and Jeremy Vance; two great-grandchildren, Trevor and Marlee Mebane; sister, Phyllis Dua, Annapolis, MD; brothers, Float Meade, Defiance, Ohio, Clifford Meade, Defiance, Ohio, and Shannon Meade, New York.
