Jack Allen Martin, 41, Kingsport, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jerry Hickman and father, Jack E. Martin.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Patience Rock; son, Jaxen Flanary; sister, Jacqueline Jones and husband, Tim; brothers, Mack Peters and Johnny Peters; special brother, Mario; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12-2:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Kelly Dykes and Rev. Paul Stanley officiating. Burial will follow in Roller Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
