Jackie Darrell Clifton Sr

Jackie Darrell Clifton, Sr., went to meet Jesus in heaven on Tuesday, December 17, 2013. He is now with his daughter Angie, sister Betty, brother HR, and his mom Anna Mae.

He is survived by two loving sons, James Keith Clifton, and Jackie Darrell Clifton, Jr.; daughter-in-law Tammie Clifton; ex-wife and loving companion Mollie Dunn; life-long friend Mary Ann Ward; long-time friends, Tommy Pleasant and John Teague; loving caregiver and friend, Sabrina Brown; grandchildren, Terry Allen Branham, Jr., James Glen Clifton - Bud, Ashley Johnson; and special granddaughter, Jackie Lindsey; and four great-grandkids; and many other grandkids; and many nieces and nephews; his new best friend, his dog Juno. He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.

The family will receive friends at his daughter-in-law's home at Galey Mobile Home Park, 531 Brancroft Chapel Rd., Lot 23, Kingsport, TN 37660. For directions call Keith at

The family will also receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. The service will follow at 8:00 p.m.
