Jade Alisia Liford

Jade Lifford, six months, of Kingsport, was taken by the angels in the night on Sunday, September 13, 2009. Baby Jade was the most beautiful, intelligent, kind, caring, loveable, funny, and ambitious person with the brightest future that we will have ever had the privilege to know. We love you, our little love bug.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Bob Smith, and maternal great-grandmother, Ida Laney.

Jade is survived by her parents, Dustin and Danielle Lifford of Kingsport; maternal grandmother, Ellen Darlene Smith of Kingsport; paternal grandparents, Norman Lifford of Kingsport and Sandra and Michael Kelly of Johnson City; paternal uncle, Matt Lifford of Church Hill; maternal uncles, Trinity Absher and Devin Lane, both of Kingsport; godmother, Angela Ring of Bristol, TN; special aunt, Brittnay Russell of CO; and special uncle, Justin Roach of Kingsport.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport
