James J. Pruett, II
James J. Pruett, II, "Jimmy", 35, of Kingsport, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on October 13, 2010, after a lengthy and courageous battle with renal disease.
He was preceded in death by his father, James J. Pruett in 2006, and an infant sister in 1973.
Surviving are his mother, Helen Lorene Pruett, of Kingsport; sister, Heather Dawn Mann and husband, William Keith, of Kingsport; nephew, Zachary Keith Mann, of Kingsport; two children, Jonathan Andrew and Megan Faith Pruett; grandparents, E.B. and Mable Edwards, Blountville; and many other loving extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m Thursday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday morning at East Lawn Memorial Park, with Rev. Hagan Webb officiating.
