Janet Linkous

Janet L. Linkous of Hawkins County, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, March 20, 2008.

She was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County and was of the Baptist faith.

Preceding her in death were Charles Merwin Linkous; a son, Charles Gregory "Greg" Linkous; and her parents, Alfred Paul and Dora Arnold.

Surviving are two daughters, Lisa Linkous Ault and husband Roger of Kingsport, Kathy Linkous Sandidge of Church Hill; two sons, Tony Linkous and wife Pam of Church Hill, Jeff Linkous and wife Jennifer of Kingsport; a daughter-in-law, Audrey L. Linkous; eleven grandchildren, Chris, Sarah, and Amber Linkous; Justin and Heather Linkous; Trever Arnold; Brandon and Whitney Linkous; Jordan and Logan Sandidge; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening at the home of Tony Linkous, 313 Marsh Avenue, Church Hill.

There will be no formal funeral services.
