Jason Eugene Cox
Jason Eugene Cox, 39, of Kingsport, departed this life as a result of an automobile accident on Thursday, December 20, 2012. He was a loving father, fiancé, son, brother, nephew, uncle and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his father, Butch Cox; grandparents, Bill and Ruth Cox, and Albert and Becky McKinley.
Jason is survived by his fiancée, Randee Branum of Kingsport; sons, Parker and Wesley Cox of Kingsport, stepdaughter, Kayli McNutt; mother, Barbara Click and husband, James of Church Hill; sister, Tessa Malone and husband, Joe of Kingsport; and nephews, Evan and Dalton Harkleroad.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 26th from 12-2:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. John Coates officiating.
Burial will follow the funeral service at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Barbara Click for the education of Parker and Wesley Cox.
