Jean Richardson
Jean Richardson, 76, of Kingsport, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 in Knoxville, TN. She had lived in Kingsport the majority of her life and retired from Kingsport Press after many years of service. Jean followed sports, especially the Lady Vols basketball and was an excellent cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Richardson who passed away in 2016; her parents, Asbury Miller and her mother, Bonnie Wallen Miller, who passed earlier this year.
Jean is survived by her sons, David Ratliff and James Ratliff; grandchildren, Jamie Ratliff and Nicholas Ratliff and wife, Katie; and sister, Zeable Queen.
A graveside service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Holston View Cemetery with Rev. Bill Rines officiating.
