Jerry Chase
Jerry Chase, 71, of Kingsport, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014 at James H. Quillen Medical Center in Johnson City, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Guy Chase and Vivian Ruth Chase; his wife, Linda Chase; and son, Kevin Dale Chase.
Jerry was survived by his two daughters, Christi Vaughn and husband, Eric of Kingsport; Whitney Chase of Kingsport; four grandchildren: Hannah, Caleb, Delaney, and Lily; sister: Dawn Larkin and husband, Terry of Kingsport; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Holston View Cemetery.
