Jerry E. Mason

Jerry Ernest Mason, 76, of Bristol, TN, passed away peacefully, Friday, October 4, 2024. Born and raised in Kingsport he later settled down in Bristol where he spent the remainder of his life. Jerry loved listening to old country music and would go to concerts when he could. He was able to see George Jones at his personal home in Franklin, TN. Jerry also loved watching Tennessee football and was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lulu Mason; and his brothers, Don, Eddie and Dennis Mason.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Shirley Mason; his children, Kris Mason, Brian Shaw (Jennifer), Chris Shaw and Jeremy Shaw; grandchildren, Haylee Shaw, Katelyn Shaw, Launa Shaw, Ella Shaw and Ahalaric Shaw; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
