Jerry Roller

Jerry Roller, 63, passed away March 11, 2018 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Jerry was born in Kingsport, TN, graduated Dobyns Bennett High School and attended ETSU. He was a loving husband and a fantastic Dad. Jerry had a passion for the outdoors and loved to fish and hunt with his daughters and many friends. Jerry was a long time member, former officer and board member of the Outdoorsmen Club. Jerry was a member of the Christ Fellowship Church where he served with pride.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Savannah Lee Roller; father, Robert Lee Roller; mother, Viola Davis; sister, Anna Lee Hagan; and nephew, Opie Hamilton.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 20 years Tamara Roller; daughter, Summer Lynn Roller; step-mother, Betty Jones; nieces, Barbara Bredehoeft and husband Michael, Diane Bowen and husband, David; great-nieces, Haley Bowen and Hope Hamilton: great-nephews, Ben Bowen and Finley Bredehoeft; and a large family in Kentucky.
The family will be receiving friends Friday, March 16, 2018 from 5 - 7 pm at Christ Fellowship Church. The service will be on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 9:30 am at Christ Fellowship church with Jake Godsey officiating. Burial will follow the service at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be, Chris Vaughn, Tom Pratt, Robert Panell, Ches Adams, Greg Ware and Shawn Blevins. Honorary pallbearer will be David Pendleton.
