Jerry Ray Turner
Jerry Ray Turner, 57, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 22, 2012, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born in Kingsport and was a lifelong resident.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lugene Turner.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Lydia Ann Woody Turner and her loving family; daughters, Krystal Mayo, of Kingsport; Amanda Turner, of Bluff City; one grandson, Hunter Mayo; one sister, Barbara Cooper and husband, Lee, of Blountville; three brothers, David Turner and wife, Sandra, of Kingsport, Donald Turner and wife, Jan, of Blountville, Sammy Turner and wife, Mary, of Wilmington, NC; several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date, with Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes serving the family.
