Jill Blair Dick

Jill Blair Dick of Kingsport went to be with God on October 15, 2019 at the age of 55. Born to Richard and Sue Blair on July 1, 1964, she was a fiery soul who touched the lives of many. 

Jill put her entire heart into everything she did in life, whether she was dancing to the Sound of Music with her father, cheering on the Rebels at Sullivan South, traveling the country and coaching the next generation of cheerleaders with her future husband, or pouring her heart into raising her 3 children. 

To carry on her memory, Jill leaves her three children Blaine, Bailee and his wife Molly, and Kylee, husband Kenny, father Richard, brother Jeff, sister Julie, beloved nieces and nephews, cherished friends, and countless young women she coached throughout the years. 

Reception will be held at Hamlett-Dobson from 10:00-1:00 on Saturday, 10/19/19. 

On Sunday, a procession will begin at 1:30 at Hamlett-Dobson and a graveside service will be held at Oak Hill Memorial Park on Sunday at 2:00. All are welcome to come celebrate her life as we lay this one of a kind spirit to rest.
