Jimmie Baldock

After a long, blessed life, Willie Faye "Jimmie" Baldock peacefully passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015. She was a lifelong East TN resident and a longtime active member of the First Baptist Church of Kingsport. She loved her family and The Lord and was ready to be with Him.

Jimmie was a loving influence on her entire family. She was of sound mind and strong will right up until her passing. She was full of character and integrity and lived her life with purpose and principles.

She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Kenneth C. Henshaw, and her second husband, Ralph E. Baldock.

Jimmie is survived by her son, K. Michael Henshaw and wife, Martha Lynn of Parker, Colorado, and her daughter, Kay H. Minor of Kingsport. She leaves behind 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport with Dr. Marvin Cameron officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, 200 W. Church Circle, Kingsport, TN 37660.
