JoAnna Tawwater Roberts

JoAnna Tawwater Roberts, 58 years young, of Kingsport, was taken home on Friday, September 28, 2012, by Dee and Papa.

She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. She was the sun and guiding stars to the people she touched. Our days and nights will always be dark without her light.

Surviving are her soul mate and love of her life for a loving 42 years, James Edward Roberts; four loving daughters, who were also her best friends in the world, Serilda Roberts, Christina Roberts Bonogofsky, Leona Roberts-Slater and Jamie Roberts; her little rays of sunshine, her grandchildren, A.J. Bonogofsky, Nathan and Colin Presterl, DeeAnna, James and Josiah Roberts; her sons, Rob Bonogofsky, Josh Slater and Mike Tawwater and Carl Tawwater; along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dee and Papa; brothers and sisters. Her mother, who was more of a sister and friend, Mary Pitcock. May her soul eternally rest in peace.

Funeral services will be private.
