John R. "Jack" O'Neill
Mr. John R. "Jack" O'Neill, 95, died Sunday, March 13, 2011, at his residence in Kingsport.
Mr. O'Neill was born August 21, 1915 in Harlan, KY, one of seven children of John and Ellen O'Neill.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Juanita Rice O'Neill.
Surviving family members in California are: William D. and Shirley O'Neill, Janelle O'Neill Mount, Mildred O'Neill Tempelton, and their children and grandchildren. Close relatives in the area include Tim O'Neill, Paula Sparboe, Pat O'Neill, Betty Byrd, Mike O'Neill, and their children and grandchildren.
Jack was a Mason for more than half a century. He retired from Eastman with 47 years of service.
Arrangements for Mr. O'Neill are currently pending.
