Johnny Fields

Johnny Fields, 74, of Church Hill, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018, at his home. He lived in this area all his life. Johnny retired from AFG, Greeneland plant after more than 40 years of service. He was an active member of Eagles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James "Jay" Frank Fields and Stella Fields; wife, Elizabeth A. Fields; daughter, Donna Renee Fields; and step-son Dustin Chase Wallen.

Johnny is survived by his son, Michael John Fields; grandson, Dylan Fields; granddaughter, Lillia Donna Fields; stepdaughter, Anna Lisa McKinley and stepgrandsons, Brandon Anderson and Jeremy Porter, and step great-grandchildren, Nya, Brooklyn, Destiny, Kathleen, and Kinley; step-daughter, Renee Webb and husband Wayne and step grandsons, Nicholas Webb; step-son, James East; brothers, Victor Fields and wife Jeanne, Eddie Joe Fields and wife Connie; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 27, 2018, at Oak Hill Memorial Park. All are welcome. Those planning to attend are asked to please meet at the cemetery at 12:50 p.m.
