Johnny Wayne Short, 58, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 6, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Velma Depew Short and Dana Short, several brothers and sisters.
Surviving are his loving wife, Lisa Short, sons, Jason and Nicholas Short, daughters, Kimberly Hammonds, Tonya Bear, and Heather Webb, ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four brothers, six sisters, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special caretakers, Sharon, Scottie, and Nikki Vaughn.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday, June 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Charity Chapel Church in Orebank community.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, P. O. Box 27, Kingsport, TN to help with funeral expenses.
