Joseph Ray Bailey, 25, of Johnson City, died Monday, June 11, 2012 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. Born in Monroe, LA, he had resided in East Tennessee for the last 7 years. Joseph was currently employed with ACT in Johnson City,
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jacob Anthony Cascio.
Joseph is survived by his mother, Rhonda Ramirez and husband, Juan of Johnson City; two sisters, Lashasta Bailey of Johnson City, and Carlonda Cruz and husband, Victor of Johnson City; aunt, Sunday Langley of Kingsport; two nieces; two nephews; and several cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 5:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. The family will receive friends following the service.
