Joseph William Riley, III, 64, of Kingsport passed away unexpectedly at his home Wednesday, May 23, 2007.
Billy was an avid book collector and a lover of people. He also served in the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his parents, Joseph Riley, Jr. and Katharyn B. Riley.
The family will receive friend from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport.
Military graveside rites will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday by the Charles DeWitt Byrd Post #3382 of the VFW at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
