Josh Gravens

Josh Gravens, 24, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 21, 2013, at his home. He was a life-long resident of Kingsport and attended Pleasant View Baptist Church. Josh received an honorary diploma for graduating from Sullivan North High School. He was a joy to all who knew him and was our precious little angel boy.

He is survived by his parents, James and Wanda Salyers, Kingsport; three brothers, Todd Salyers and wife, Mary, Kingsport, Tim Salyers and wife, Tiffany, Kingsport, and Travis Salyers and wife, Susie, Kingsport; two nieces, Elizabeth Salyers, Kingsport, and Macie Salyers, Kingsport; one nephew, Lucas Salyers, Kingsport; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 23, 2013, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Wayne Baker officiating.

The graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24, 2013, at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens in Big Stone Gap, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
