Joyce Ann Mason

Joyce Ann Mason, 81 passed away peacefully on August 8th, 2018.She was formally of Cincinnati, Ohio and had moved to Florida after retirement. She was born on June 18th, 1937 to her parents Ray and Helen Elizabeth Morgan. She was a great seamstress, Wife, Mom, Nana and loved her children dearly, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed making newborn baby quilts. She was retired from Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Cincinnati.

Joyce was preceded in death by her brother Jim Morgan.

She is survived by her husband, Arvey Mason; her children, Patti Rose, Jack (Lisa) Grainger, Sherri Cox, David Grainger and Lori Frey; step-children, Karla Mason and Kurt Mason; brother, Milton (Betty); step-sister, Eleanor Aspiolea; grandchildren, Michael, Ashleigh, Brendan, Bailey, Christopher, Nick, Ridge, Austin, Morgan, Josh & Arielle; along with 14 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018, at Colonial Heights Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 4 p.m. with Dr. Greg Burton officiating.
