Joyce Anne Bellamy (Lawson)

Joyce Anne Bellamy (Lawson), 63, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 2, 2017. A lifelong resident of Kingsport, Joyce graduated from Sullivan High School, Class of 1971. She served as an officer for Lynn View PeeWee Football League. Joyce enjoyed the lake and camping. Joyce enjoyed her family most of all.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Della Mae Lawson; father; brothers; and one sister.

Joyce is survived by her husband of 45 years, Eugene Bellamy; son, Bo Bellamy and wife, Dr. Lucinda Bellamy, John Bellamy, and Joshua Bellamy; beloved grandchildren, Tucker, Keagan, Bella, and Cooper; four brothers, special sister-in-law, Debra Lawson; special niece, Sherry Watson; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow with dear friends, Garry Garretson and Tim Gilliam officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Oak Hill Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be family.
