Joyce Ann Isley

Joyce Ann (McClellan) Isley, born September 25, 1945, Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 26, 2015 at 11:00 am at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. (J.C.) McClellan, parents, Ida Louise and Robert Arnold, and brothers, Roland and Scotty Arnold.

Joyce is survived by her children, Dianne Shephard and husband, Billy, Kay Spears and husband, Paul, Donald McClellan and wife, Lisa, Daniel McClellan, Dennis McClellan, Faye Bishop and husband, Mike, and Chris Riner; 23 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Parvin; brothers, Briscoe Arnold and wife, Glenda, and Harry Arnold and wife, Shirley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport, or anytime at the home of Faye and Mike Bishop, 1622 Vance St., Kingsport, TN 37664.

Funeral services will be conducted on 1:00 pm on Thursday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport with Rev. Brian McClellan officiating. Burial will follow in Chestnut Flats Cemetery in Scott County, Virginia.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
