Joyce Wagner

Joyce Wagner, 57, of Kingsport, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. Born in Maryland, Joyce has lived in this area all her life. She was always laughing, smiling, and making friends everywhere she went. Joyce never met a stranger. She was a hard worker in whatever she put her hands to, and a very generous person.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kyle Wagner; and step-father, Fred Mayberry.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Brooke Wagner Jarrard and husband, Dale, and their dog, Roxy; mother, Virgie Mayberry; twin brother, Gerald Wagner; sisters, Pat Kirk and husband Doug, and Teresa Wagner; several nephews and one niece.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2017, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with P.J. Johnson officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017, at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
